Ann's Art Random creations Making beauty from the mundane...

I've been making jewelry as long as I can remember. As a child, I tied flowers together to wear on my head.

As a teen, I strung beads into long strands to wrap around my wrists. As a young adult, I was a nomad, supporting myself by making jewelry out of leather, feathers, beads, and whatever else I could find. Many years later, I find myself still creating personal adornments out of whatever strikes my fancy. I like mixing metals and putting unusual pairings together. I've taught myself wire wrapping, a

nd how to make chainmail (which I may eventually offer for sale). I've always danced to my own beat, and my jewelry creations reflect that. I hope you enjoy the original, quirky, sometimes macabre offerings displayed here in my shop. Just because you grow up doesn't mean you have to be boring!
