Anyone else a fan of alliums? 😍 They look like bursts of purple fireworks! 🎆

We’re back from vacation and I’m excited to get back to spending some time in the yard. 👩‍🌾

Planted these alliums last fall and I’m so happy to see them make it! Well, beside one that fell prey to a squirrel! 🐿 😢

With my trusty helper Frankie, I was weeding out the flower bed today. After being away for a bit, things really grew while we were away! 😅 Not complaining though, everything grows so amazing here vs. Denver where I lived most of my life up until a year and a half ago.

Also...I added some pink magic lilies! 🪄 ✨💐

Which, thanks to an awesome neighbor setting out their unwanted bulbs with a posted free sign (and paper bags to carry them home in!), there’s going to be a lot more life in this bed! How awesome is that?! Such a special gift from a stranger. 🥰
