There are so many good practices for ushering out a year and bringing in the new one:)
Matbe try this one:)
I use paper that dissolves in water but flash paper works well, too.
1. Draw a bagua map...9 sections and label. (If using small squares of flash paper, write each bagua area on 1 square...9 total squares. )
2. Write a brief description in each square of what you'd like to leave behind. Example in photo.
3. Dissolve in water or light on fire. Release!!
4. Enjoy the feeling. Start the new year much lighter:)
