We’re excited to see next weeks anticipated opening of Martin City Brewing Company Crossroads Tavern & Terrace and the new energy it will bring to the Crossroads district.

There’s something special about spaces designed for people to gather — especially during patio season in Kansas City. We can already picture the packed patios, late-night conversations, live music, and summer evenings ahead. KC summers just hit different on a patio!!

Big thanks to CCC of KC for hosting a great evening last week at Green Street Market and a special thank you to J-Club for hosting the nightcap and keeping the conversations going after the event in Downtown Lee's Summit. 🍸

It was a great opportunity to connect with industry partners, build new relationships, and spend time with so many people helping shape the Kansas City construction and development community.

✈️🔥 New aerospace technology is landing in Kansas City.

We’re proud to be working with Haren Companies on a tenant improvement project for AkroFire—bringing modern aerospace manufacturing technology to the KC metro.

What makes this project unique?
It’s not new construction. We’re transforming an existing industrial building into a highly specialized advanced manufacturing facility—which comes with some serious challenges.

From adapting the structure to support complex systems to creating controlled environments for precision work, this project pushes what’s possible inside an existing space.

By using a CMAR approach, we’ve been able to collaborate early, solve problems proactively, and keep everything aligned from design through construction.

Excited to be part of a project that’s helping shape the future of aerospace and advanced manufacturing in our region.
