I'm a Registered Dietitian with my Master's in Public Health and Nutrition. Food is my life. The name, "Bucket List Tummy" came to me while reviewing my never-ending list of coffee shops, restaurants, food trucks, farmer’s markets and dessert places I want to try, whi

ch is mostly what my bucket list is –with some adventurous, outdoor scenes thrown in! My bucket list is basically my itinerary for myself, and it guides me and helps me to explore a new area. What better way to explore than through food and culture? My life seemingly revolves around food, and that’s how I really enjoy life to the fullest. I believe that food has so much more purpose to our lives than just helping us survive, build muscle, provide nutrients – yes, all of those things are essential. However, food also brings people together, brings happiness and satisfaction, and creates memories. I wholeheartedly believe that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle. Come along for the ride!

I’m nosy and love to see people’s routines and what they’re eating- not to compare but for inspiration 👀👀

I think sometimes these videos can be perfection inducing, especially when influencers show immaculate, perfect plates with insanely specific numbers, which is not necessary. We don’t count numbers over here, we listen to our bodies needs 🙏

I snack by the handful and don’t count anything, but I’m conscious of eating regularly; especially around workouts!

At 28 weeks pregnant, my appetite is pretty constant, I’m really working on hydration 💦

This was a day when 2/3 kids were home so wasn’t really getting work done and felt a little less structured but we made it!

Some takeout, some convenience foods and some home cooked items. My perfect idea of balance 💕
