Hello Lucketts Faithful,

We thought we would switch back to Fall from yesterday’s Christmas and try to put into words our recent gratitude and “oh s***” thoughts 😂

Our Fall Market Early Buyer Tickets sold out 2 months before our October 16th weekend, earlier than we even anticipated after Spring 2026.

First and foremost, THANK YOU. We always say—without you, there is no us. Our crew, along with our extended family of 200 small businesses, is blown away every year and truly appreciates you enjoying the weekend as much as we do.

Second, the now popular question of, “Will you be adding more tickets for early Friday morning?” or “Please, one or two more won’t hurt.” Unfortunately, the answer for this fall is no.

In the wise words of Marcus Lemonis —product, people, process😂Lucketts has always stood firm in that we believe in our product, whether that be our shop or events. We make most of our decisions based on aesthetics and whether we & you will enjoy it before anything else.

As for people, we are a whole lotta everything…personality, hard work, often a hot mess 😂, built-from-the-ground-up, longtime crew. It’s the only way we know. Then there’s you…as customers, you have stuck with us through weather, COVID, location changes, and more. Over the years, this extended family has grown.

Which leads us to process…adding more Early Buyer tickets, while it currently seems simple, produces a lot of logistical questions in a tight turnaround time with staff, parking, vendor lines, and more with our organized, but hot mess crew🤪

The Market grew out of the Lucketts Store grounds a few years ago. Our second home—Berryville, VA—is a charming small town where we want to continue trying to perfect these three things and get cozy for a second before adding more. We hope you understand that and that everyone who joins us October 16th–18th truly enjoys our chaos and labor of love that weekend.

General Admission tickets are available online tomorrow at 10am, as well as at the gate.

It’s almost time for our most festive time of the year! Tickets for the 2026 Lucketts Holiday House officially go on sale Monday, September 14th and 10am EST!

Every November and December, our 100-year-old farmhouse transforms into a charming wonderland filled with holiday decor, photo ops, and seasonal magic. Every room is custom-designed, and every single item inside is for sale!
QUICK DETAILS:
•🗓️ Dates: Every Thursday through Sunday, November 5th – December 13th, 2026
•⏰ Ticket Launch: Monday, September 14th at 10:00 AM EST (via Eventbrite )
•🎟️ Tickets: $25 – $40each(Kids DO require a ticket!)
•🍷 The Vibe: Festive shopping, outdoor murals, fire pits, and warm drinks on the grounds.

PRO-TIPS FOR A SMOOTH CHECKOUT:
High traffic on launch morning can slow things down, so prepare ahead of time, it’s a lotta folks in a small window we appreciate your patience ❤️:

1️⃣ Log in early: Make sure your Eventbrite account is created, updated, and logged in before 10:00 AM.
2️⃣ Pick target dates & backups: Coordinate with your group in advance so you know your preferred date and time slot right when you enter the page. 
Remember: You only need a ticket to go INSIDE the Holiday House. Shopping the main Lucketts Store and enjoying the outdoor grounds is always ticket-free!
