Lucketts Fall Market | October 16–18

FRIDAY
Early Buyer: 8:30AM–12:30PM — SOLD OUT
General Admission: 12:30PM–5PM

*Please note: General Admission does not begin until 12:30PM Friday.

SATURDAY + SUNDAY
General Admission: 10AM–5PM

A few helpful things before you head our way:

Plan for a full day — there’s a lot to see! Wear comfortable shoes, bring your totes or your own cart, and feel free to pack water + snacks.

Please be patient coming and going and follow our parkers + police — this one is a biggin’ and the town + our staff are prepping for you! Parking is included with admission, just leave yourself a little extra time for traffic and a packed field.

Coming for the big finds? be ready some room to haul them home. 😉

200+ vendors, vintage, antiques, home decor, makers, food, drinks, live music + a whole lot of Lucketts.

What the Market Means to Us 🤎

We wish we could fully explain what the market is for us.

It’s a combination of a family reunion, being in the playoffs, and riding every single amusement park ride in one weekend. 😂

The market started years ago on the grounds of the Lucketts Store. Eventually, the family grew too big…and unfortunately, the parking lot did not.

So we pivoted.

Berryville welcomed us with open arms, and our trucks went over the mountain without looking back.

Our first year? Rain on your wedding day would have been cute. This was a full-blown monsoon.

We were towing cars out. Tents were underwater. We bought enough hay that year to permanently alter the market budget. 😂

But something else also happened….our customers embraced the mud and made wellies feel like a fashion statement.

A vendor we were just excited had agreed to set up at our show looked around at the water, basically said, “Well, it rains,” grabbed a shovel and started digging a trench to redirect water away from a barn.

A local baseball team showed up and helped us unload what felt like every bale of hay in Virginia.

How can you not be romantic about baseball?

And honestly, that’s kind of how we feel about the market.

There are a lot of what-ifs. A lot of work. Plenty of “oh sh***” moments. 😂

But underneath all of that, there’s a team. There’s a community. Vendors who become family. Customers who roll with us. And somehow, no matter what the weekend throws our way, we all just keep on truckin’.

Maybe that’s the magic of it.

And this one is filled to the brim. 🤎 Plan for a full day or days, pack a little patience for parking and some traffic, trust the process, and most importantly—have fun.

We cannot wait to see you in Berryville for some small-town charm and all things fall October 16th-18th🍂🤎

7 DAYS. That’s it!!!🍂

We have officially entered the phase where someone is buying 400 zip ties, someone else is looking for an extension cord we KNOW we own, the group texts are unhinged, and a completely normal conversation includes the words “where are we putting the vintage car?”

Signs are being counted twice.
Radios are being charged.
Weather apps are being checked more often than we’d like to admit. 😂
And the lists somehow get longer after we cross things off.

🦊Towing out a vintage car because apparently that’s on the list too 😂

🦊Tents. So many tents. Being staked out, moved around and rearranged.

🦊A whole lot of mowing, supply pick-ups, ordering, hay hauling, tractor moving + more as we get ready to fill every inch of our market home in Berryville, VA and Fall in Virginia is 👌

Let’s talk FURNITURE PICKUP for LUCKETTS FALL MARKET! 🦊🤎

We’re getting ready for our version of the shopping Super Bowl 😂 and you may have a few questions about how to get all those fabulous furniture finds from the Fall Market home! Don’t worry, our pink shirt guys are ready to help with the heavy lifting!

Found that perfect dresser, table, or piece you just can’t leave behind? Here’s the scoop and a few need-to-knows about the process:

🤎 $10 per piece, cash or Venmo. All proceeds go directly to our hardworking haulers!

🤎 Each field has a green and white striped furniture pickup tent. Grab a map on your way in to help find your way around!

🤎 Once you’ve purchased your piece, head to the pickup tent in that SAME field to pay for loading. Each piece must be paid for in the field where it was purchased.

🤎 Make sure your SOLD tag is completely and legibly filled out so your treasures find their way to the right place!

🤎 Our crew will collect your furniture directly from the vendor and transport it to the Main Furniture Pickup Tent at the bottom of Customer Parking.

🤎 When you’re ready to head home, make the main pickup tent your final stop! Our guys will help load your furniture into your vehicle.

Need delivery? Some of our pink shirt guys offer it! Just ask on-site about availability. Delivery is not guaranteed, but they’ll do their best to help!

Thank you for your patience! Our guys are moving a WHOLE lot of furniture over the weekend, and we want to make sure every piece is handled with care.
