I really did nail it. ❤️
Of all the choices I've made in my life, choosing David was hands down the most important. And I will never take for granted just how lucky I am that I got it right.
I have a husband who is present. Not just physically there, but genuinely involved in our lives. A husband who is a true partner, who shares the responsibilities, carries the mental load, and shows up for our family every single day.
And watching him be a father to Emmy and Ginny? That's a whole different kind of love. He is patient, involved, silly, loving, and everything I could have hoped for in a dad for our girls.
One of the things I love most about David is how much heart he puts into everything he does. Whether he's dreaming up something new for Create Favorite Things, spending hours bringing an idea to life, or encouraging the girls to explore their own creativity, he pours so much of himself into making other people happy.
It's easy to get caught up in the chaos of everyday life and forget to stop and appreciate what you have. But I never want him to wonder whether I notice.
I see you, David. I appreciate you. And I'd choose you a million times over. ❤️
I didn't just marry a wonderful man. I gave our girls an incredible father, and I gave myself a true partner in life.
And of all the things we've created together, the life we're building is my absolute favorite.
