Patiently waiting for her very first necklace sale of the day! 🥹

Emmy takes her CFT vendor days VERY seriously! She carefully sets out her handmade necklaces, gets everything just right, and then… she waits. And waits. And watches every person who walks by.

There is something so sweet about watching her be a part of Create Favorite Things in her own little way. She’s learning to create something she’s proud of, put it out into the world, talk to customers, and experience the excitement of someone choosing something SHE made! 🥰

Now we just need someone to come buy this little entrepreneur’s first necklace of the day! It's just donation to her ice cream jar! Just a penny is perfect! 😊

There’s something incredibly special about bringing your own child to the same dentist who cared for you as a child! ❤️

I started seeing Dr. Sharma at Virginia Dental Solutions when I was just 7 years old. And now, 26 years later, my 5-year-old, Emmy, has been seeing him since she was three!

And she LOVES going to the dentist. Truly. She gets excited when I tell her she has an appointment, because she knows she gets to see Dr. Sharma.

What I appreciate most is that there aren’t bright colors everywhere, TVs on the ceiling, or a million distractions designed to convince kids that the dentist is fun.

There’s just patience, a natural connection, kindness, and trust.

Dr. Sharma takes his time with Emmy. He talks to her, listens to her, makes her comfortable, and has built a genuine relationship with her. She trusts him. And because she trusts him, going to the dentist has always been a positive experience.

After 26 years, I think it says a lot that not only am I still a patient, but there was never a question about where I wanted to take my own daughter. ❤️

So incredibly grateful for Dr. Sharma and the team at Virginia Dental Solutions. From taking care of 7-year-old me to now taking care of my 5-year-old… that’s pretty special. 🥹
