Cheesy shrimp and grits. Creamy cheesy grits made with goat gouda and pecorino romano and a touch of lemon juice for balance. Bacon fat sautéed onions and asparagus, uncooked asparagus tips, bacon crumbles, and sliced scallions for freshness. Shrimp seared quick and hot for some lovely color and perfect doneness.
I love feeding my people! I hope and enjoyed the food as much as I loved making it for them.
