Cupcakes like these are for very special occasions. Each one is a work of art that took many hours to make. Instead of making them out of fondant, frosting and cake batter, I made them from elements that last much longer. Enjoy these little jewels as eye candy! 😍

I am learning to draw. I love mandalas because they are balanced, harmonious and don't need to look like something found in real life! Ha! I can't draw in a realistic manner yet. LOL

I have been craving gummies, but didn't want the acidic versions from the store. I thought I'd experiment and see if I could make my own. What resulted wasn't a gummy, but a finger food for adults. Ha! The dark brown flowers are espresso gelatin bites and the light brown flowers are Thai iced tea bites. They are great as a hot morning wake-me-up. Recipe to follow after I tweak it a bit.
