The garden is still giving us tomatoes, the days are still warm, but there’s something about September that makes gathering around the table feel especially good.

Octavia was designed for exactly this—the everyday table. Beautiful enough for company, but never meant to be saved.

Late summer at the table. 🌿

Our Fête des Fleurs collection was inspired by the wonderfully imperfect abundance of a garden in bloom — linen tablecloths and napkins, with our paper Fête lanterns glowing among them.

It has quietly become one of our most loved Honeychurch collections, and we’ve been setting our own tables with it all summer.

We aren’t quite ready to stop.

A lovely weekend to visit Honeychurch.

Massachusetts’ Sales Tax Holiday is this weekend, which means eligible purchases are tax-free Saturday and Sunday.

We’ve also had some beautiful things return to the shop this week, including new pieces from Astier de Villatte and Alix D. Reynis.

If there’s something you’ve had your eye on, this might be the weekend to bring it home.

Some of my favorite weekends begin with a garden center, a few empty pots, and just enough room left in the car for one more plant.

This little MG can carry home a surprising amount of herbs, lavender, and topiaries.

Summer has a way of reminding us that the best days are often the simplest ones.

These almost didn’t become a product.

We made a few lanterns for our Trade Secrets and our store window using our Fête des Fleurs botanical pattern.

We thought they would simply become part of the display, but day after day customers came into the shop asking if they could take one home.

After so many requests—and a very long waiting list—we decided to have them made.

Our new Fête des Fleurs Garden Lanterns are finally here, ready to bring a soft glow to late summer tables, covered porches, and beautiful gatherings.

We hope you love them as much as we have loved seeing them light up our window.
