We are excited to announce a new addition to Once Upon A Tile!
Please join us in welcoming Ashley Cormier as our new Showroom Manager & Designer!
Ashley brings with her a lifelong passion for decorating and design, along with a natural eye for detail, style, and creating spaces that truly feel personal. Through Ashley Corinne Designs, she has built her experience in both interior and exterior design, helping clients transform their homes into beautiful, functional spaces that reflect their individual style.
We’re incredibly excited to be teaming up and bringing our experience together under one roof. Ashley will now be working directly out of the Once Upon A Tile showroom, helping customers with everything from tile selections, colors, layouts, and finishes to creating a complete vision for their space.
This partnership also brings something new to our showroom — Ashley will continue offering her own design services through Ashley Corinne Designs, giving our customers the opportunity to take their project beyond just choosing tile. Whether you're remodeling a bathroom, designing a kitchen, updating a room, or looking for guidance throughout a larger home project, Ashley can help bring all of those pieces together.
By combining Ashley's design expertise with the products, knowledge, and experience available at Once Upon A Tile, we're looking forward to offering our customers a much more complete and personalized design experience.

✨ By far, one of my favorite projects to date! I transformed this massive master bedroom that has a large, additional “living” space as well 🪄 This master even walks out to a deck and beautifully fenced in yard 🏡

This very large bedroom, which also has a living space, started out very awkward. The first time homebuyers thought putting a bed in front of the window wouldn’t work and made the living area, their “bedroom” while allowing the massive, gorgeous bedroom space with the statement window 🪟 to be their “living area”.

I walked in and instantly saw the vision 🤩Switch the layout of the rooms and create a beautiful, cohesive bedroom that blends and also has separation from the living area and really make that statement window pop with gorgeous terracotta curtains.

My clients said they loved terracotta, navy, rustic, wood and earthy vibes. I was so excited to deliver exactly what they wanted! We started by painting the room a creamy white where we would be using two, dominating colors. We changed all of the golden hardware on the doors 🚪 to black for the rustic feel. I then chose a beautiful, walnut 🤎 bedroom set with terracotta and navy bedding and a navy bench at the end of the bed. To pull the hues from the new creamy walls, I went with a large, ivory rug that always has gorgeous dimensions to it 🤍

We took the sectional couch that already is a grayish/blue 💙 and placed it perfectly in their new “living area” and complimented the room with a walnut floating shelf, landscape pictures to pull from all hues of the room and a large, black framed, arched body mirror 🪞 We went with the PERFECT rug and I’m so glad the my client asked for a “moodier” rug when I sent her the vision board because the moodiness really has every color, hue and honestly, makes the space! 😍

I also added new rustics sconces on the sides of the bed that have seeded glass and Edison lightbulbs along with two rice paper cylinder lamps 💡 to create the perfect ambiance they were looking for 😌 And those rattan chandeliers truly do complete the space as well!

And they had all of the plants 🪴 (LOVE!!) already for us to place in so many areas. They were still able to keep pieces of furniture they love, including a piano 🎹

And I mean…how could we not get a picture of one of the cutest dogs 🐶 who is also so happy about his parents new bed and space 🥰

✨ Just finished giving this gorgeous bathroom a little refresh 🪄

This was a very cold and and “gray washed” 🩶bathroom. With the gray walls, floor tile, shower tile and bath mats, I knew right away to add as much warmth 🤎 as I could to even out the tones to create the perfect, cohesive, spa-like retreat 😌

First-started with custom window 🪟 treatments. I went with a walnut bamboo, women shade with a darkening liner and also a valance for the perfect dimension and the walnut adds the perfect warmth while the bamboo is always perfect for bathrooms-never have to worry about mold and they stay nice and crisp!

I had thick, walnut wooden shelves installed and added the perfect warm decor including hand towels and even a an oil diffuser. A walnut, woven basket 🧺 filled with soft, striped cream towels. New comfort, water absorbing and gripping bath mats in a tan and cream woven pattern to compliment all of the walnut tones. Gorgeous, glass brown soap dispensers with black to compliment the current hardware, vanity tray and paintings that provide so much warmth, you’ll forget all about being “gray washed” and truly have that spa-like feeling 🧖‍♀️

✨ What an absolute honor it is to be showcased as the Designer of the month by Simply Windows. My interior design began two decades ago with window treatments, painting and decorating. I now run a full, interior and exterior design company but my passion, will always be window treatments. People underestimate window treatments so I always try to explain to all of my clients how window treatments ARE the room/space. They are the base of the aesthetic and design, without those, your space will feel “off” as it’s truly not complete. I’ve gone into so many gorgeous homes where the client can’t figure out what’s wrong with the space and always go to new furniture in their minds, while their windows have either mini blinds or no treatments at all.

Doing window treatments will always be a passion of mine. Just give me all the fabric and let me go into my own little universe and create the most beautiful window treatments and even upholstery at that! 🤗
