Organization for Safety, Prevention & Reform for Exploited Youth, (OSPREY), a registered 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to support victims of child
sexual abuse.

Some of you have messaged asking about OSPREY and who is the organization, this is some of the information I have to share with you:

OSPREY:
Organization for Safety, Prevention & Reform for Exploited Youth.

They are a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting victims of child sexual abuse.

I strongly encourage anyone and everyone wanting to know more about this organization to show up Friday August 28,2026 at the Tolerance Hall located at the St Mary’s County Fairgrounds! Doors open 5:30pm with game play starting at 6:30. The founders of this organization will be there and able to answer your questions much better than I can! However if you can’t attend I’ll gladly get any information for you that I can!

Sorry I’ve been quiet, I was sick for a week then on vacation for another week, but I’m back now!

Wanted to update everyone the location has changed as a larger venue was needed, the new Lowell be in Tolerance Hall at the SMC Fairgrounds, the time and Date did not change!

Win a cooler packed with drinks and snacks while making a difference!

Every ticket purchased supports the Osprey Foundation, whose mission is to raise awareness about child sexual abuse, encourage survivors to know that it’s okay to speak up, and remind them that they are not alone. The foundation is committed to connecting children, survivors, and families with compassionate support, resources, and people who will listen—offering hope, healing, and a path forward.

Together, we can help break the silence, inspire hope, and create a future where every child knows they are heard, believed, and supported.

The drawing will be held August 28,2026 at the LVRS following their benefit Quarter Auction. Winner doesn’t need to be present to win, I will contact the winner if they are not present! I will have money in hand for the foundation that night after the drawing for the profits from this raffle!

I can’t recommend enough how much I wish everyone would consider supporting this foundation. You can attend the quarter auction, you can purchase a raffle ticket, you can probably donate to them directly (I don’t have that information on hand!) I have chosen to do this cooler raffle as a benefit to help them get funding started for several reasons: first a lot of people have asked me to do one more cooler raffle and I thought if I’m going to do one more why not give it a purpose! Another reason is because I strongly support their mission. All children should be safe and feel safe, and when something bad happens they should have a safe place to reach out.

Happy Monday!
I want to share some information with you! I will have more details to share about the foundation a little later, but here’s a start!

There is a new foundation starting up at a local level to our community. Their goal is to take their foundation Nation Wide! If you were at the quarter auction yesterday you already have some insight to this foundation! Their name is Osprey, they are paving a way to help Child SA victims be able to speak out and get support.

We want to help them achieve success as that is a nation wide problem in our country. Help starts in our community! So in an effort to help financially we are going to have one more cooler raffle. This will be a one winner raffle. The cooler will be filled with snacks and drinks similar to the very first cooler raffle we had. Everything over the cost of the cooler and filler items will be donated to Osprey.

Ticket sales will begin later this week ( I have to get the tickets!) and will run thru August 28,2026. There is a Quarter Auction on August 28, 2026 at the Leonardtown Volunteer Rescue Squad to benefit Osprey, the winner will be drawn at the end of that Auction, profits from this will also be donated at that time!

Winner will not need to be present to win. Tickets can be purchased online thru Kimberly ONLY. Tickets in person will be available with Kimberly, Chy, or Tracy Lumpkins.
