Good morning, happy weekend, what are your plans for the last two days of May?
Mom's Salad Dressing
1 cup vinegar (I use ½ white ½ Apple cider)
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup sugar
2 T. Ketchup
1 T. Worstershire sauce
Pinch granulated garlic
1/2 tsp. Each Salt and pepper, or to taste
Whisk together until sugar is dissolved.
For three bean salad:
Add 1/4 cup Minced onion
1 T. Minced celery leaf (optional)
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 can wax beans, drained & rinsed
1 can green beans, drained & rinsed
Mix well , cover and refrigerate for at least four hours, overnight is better. Stir well and serve!
We also use this dressing for pasta salad and fresh greens! It is so delicious 💛
