Understanding my clients' desire for relaxation, entertainment, and socialization, we created a multi-functional space within their expansive finished basement. This space encompasses a TV lounge area, active game zone, eating area, and drink/food station. Our goal was to craft a cozy, engaging, unique, functional, and brighter environment. We achieved this through a combination of lighting, paint, decorative woodwork, custom built-ins featuring a refrigerator, and furniture. The attached photographs document the project's progression. My clients have already utilized the space to host a successful New Years Eve party for 24 guests 🙂

I had the pleasure of creating and executing this game room/tv lounge area for an investment property. The owner hired me while the house was still under construction so I had a blank canvas to work with. We wanted to create 3 spaces for guests with the idea that people could be engaging in different activities while all hanging out on the same floor. We created a game area, a tv/movie area with access to cold drinks, a trash can and storage, and an additional sleeping area with a pullout sofa bed. The addition of the property name on the wall elevated and completed the look. It has such a fun and comfortable feeling and guests are really enjoying it.

We brought to life what was a very long foyer and hallway. The decorative wood accent wall and color connect the spaces and provide the wow factor we envisioned. It looks even better in person. I can’t wait for the light fixtures to be installed in September.

This extensive bathroom renovation yielded a remarkable outcome, achieving an elevated coastal aesthetic through the thoughtful selection of materials. By repurposing the soaking tub area into a spacious walk-in shower, eliminating the existing shower stall, and constructing a linen closet in its place, we optimized the space. The relocation of the linen closet, previously situated adjacent to the tub, further enhanced the layout, resulting in a more expansive and functional design with increased storage capacity.

My client desired a unique and modern hangout space that would be perfect for entertaining friends and family. To accomplish this, we started by removing the traditional mantel and designing and installing a custom mantle and side cabinet made of stunning black walnut. The quartz and grasscloth add movement, texture, and color to the space, while the green custom sofa, patterned chair fabric and light fixture bring everything together for a cohesive look.

I am delighted with the outcome of this bathroom renovation, which features custom tile, a custom colored vanity, and a striking quartz countertop that complements the blues in the space. The oil rubbed bronze fixtures and the the barn-style sliding door with a puck handle complete the look.

After and before pictures of an owner's suite bathroom renovation I recently completed.
We removed the soaking tub and created a beautiful, luxurious and spacious walk in shower.
Removed the existing toilet that was in the middle of the bathroom and turned the original shower into a unique toilet closet featuring a frosted glass window and frosted glass door allowing for both light and privacy.
Installed a custom vanity, storage cabinet, and full length beveled mirror and my clients can play music through the exhaust fan which also provides different color lighting.
Stunning new quartz countertops and tile.
This project was so much fun and most importantly my clients are thrilled with the results.
