Hey, hey, hey….. I (and some of my crochet critters) will be at West Side Creative Market today with my friend and talented artist Wondrous Variety - Art & More by Teresa Rodriguez from 5 to 9pm. It looks like the bad weather will hold off until later so come on over and say hi, meet a bunch of great artisans, enjoy great music by the talented musicians and Rich Morey Music, and the delicious food from La Pinkeria taco truck…. and so much more. Come have fun!

Meet Skippy and her son Joey. Skippy grew up in the Australian outback. Her favorite pastime was racing with her friends and she invariably won. However, after she met Sandy at the Downunder Bar, a local drinking hole, she fell madly in love and her life changed forever. Joey came along soon after and is the joy of their lives. After a few faltering hops when he was first born Joey now also likes to race, and is a big favorite in their mob. Mom and dad can always be found hopping up and down cheering Joey on at race meets, and their home is littered with trophies! He still loves snuggling in mom’s pouch for a nap, although it’s becoming quite a squeeze now!

“Cracker” Jack Russell

Cracker is such an appropriate name for this little puppy as he really is animal crackers! Kids love his endless energy and he’d play “fetch” all day long if he could! However, Cracker has commitments given he’s a volunteer firefighter in Lewes DE. He’s been known to help save a few lives already, sniffing out and then leading the firefighters to those needing help. He has already been honored with the DBA (Doggie Bravery Award) and is well-known in the area. Here is a photo of him Googling the latest in fire hydrants!

In his spare time Cracker loves outdoor barbeques, and of course heads right to the table with potato chips and popcorn, because he just knows the bag that says “Cracker Jack” is for him – if only he could open it himself!

Cracker can currently be found in Lewes DE at the always amazing Shore Marketplace playing with Zoey, and keeping an eye out for a few treats from customers! 🥰
