Feeling like you need a little energy? Make some sun tea! ☀️✨

Solar magick connects us with the sun and allows us to harness some of her power, energy, vitality, love, and joy!

As you make your brew focus on the things that bring you joy. When you pour the water think of happy memories. When you strain the tea, thank the sun for helping those plants grow so you can nourish your body with them.

Lastly when you drink your tea, feel the warmth and energy in the cup. Those feelings are reminders that our beautiful sunny mother in the sky loves us, and wishes to bring us more life. With every sip, say out loud something you love about yourself, or something in your life bringing you joy.

Sun tea can be enjoyed with friends, or it makes an excellent companion for morning commutes or quiet journaling sessions.
