When the primary bedroom needs a moment, so we gave it one you can see from the doorway. A turquoise beaded chandelier worth losing sleep over, hung against a warm bronze ceiling that glows like candlelight. Layered grays keep it calm. The blue keeps it interesting.

Dark cabinetry gives this kitchen its edge, but a crystal chandelier and marble counters make sure it never feels heavy. Curved stainless hood, warm wood floors, and enough counter space for a crowd. Moody and functional aren't mutually exclusive.

We recently celebrated the Texas North Plains chapter's 25th anniversary at Kiva Stone & Tile's beautiful new Dallas showroom, surrounded by the fabricators, suppliers, and fellow designers who make this industry what it is. Twenty-six years in this business and the thing I still love most is the people in the room. This community shows up for each other, and that's worth celebrating every time.

Navy cabinetry frames a marble chevron backsplash that does all the talking here, floating glass shelves and all. Every detail earned its spot, from the herringbone tile pattern to the brass hardware catching the light. This is what happens when storage gets treated like architecture instead of an afterthought.
