"When do you find the time to make the things you do?" I get that question a LOT being the mom of three kids.

Well here's your answer. Now. Right now. Literally. I have been up at 4 AM religiously since my third child was born in May 2025. I get a lot of crochet done between 4 AM and 6:30 (when the other two get up to get ready for school).

I also use that time to participate in my other favorite hobby, reading. I'm working on my 6th and 7th books of the year. Luckily I've found the perfect way to juggle audible and physical books. Audible during the day as I move around the house getting stuff done, and physical books at night once the house is quiet and everybody is in bed!

I'm currently listening to A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J Mass for the second time, and reading Nightbane by Alex Astor. What do y'all have on your TBR?

Let's talk about frogging.

Frogging is the process of undoing an entire row (or rows) due to making a mistake. (Frogging is named for the sound it makes as your soul slowly leaves your body when you realize your mistake).

I just had to frog an entire row of my least favorite stitch on the blanket I am working on. 0/10 do not recommend.
