These accordion doors really made this Sunspace enclosure stand out! The panels slide and stack neatly against the wall, creating a huge opening and making it easy to switch between an enclosed porch and an open outdoor space.

Take a walk through this entire outdoor transformation! This project started with a major Trex Transcend Spiced Rum deck build featuring Vintage Lantern railing, cocktail rails, new deck sections, under-deck lighting, a fireplace, and more.

The homeowners then decided to keep the transformation going, so GXR returned to convert the screened porch with matching Trex Spiced Rum decking, Sunspace four-track windows, accordion doors, a new entry door, updated railing, and trim. This deck got a complete transformation! The existing deck was expanded and rebuilt with two-tone Trex design featuring Toasted Sand picture framing and Golden Hour infill. Black Trex Signature railing finished off the build and brought the entire look together.

The exterior looked great, but now it’s time to see the inside! This patio enclosure was finished with sliding windows, a full-lite storm door, Hardie siding along the kneewall, and crisp white MiraTEC-wrapped posts.

This project completely transformed the homeowners’ outdoor space! A TimberTech Slate Gray deck with black aluminum railing was paired with a full patio enclosure conversion, including new Hardie siding, white MiraTEC-wrapped posts, sliding windows, and a full-lite storm door.

New MiraTEC knee walls and trim were installed throughout, along with sliding windows and matching transoms to create a bright, enclosed space. All trim was finished in white to complete the conversion and match the existing home.
