One of our recent acquisitions is this handsome lidded cake crock attributed to Philadelphia’s Richard C. Remmey. The lid has a chip on the finial and some chipping on the rim with a very short tight in the firing line emanating from a glazed over chip, and the crock has minor typical wear but no chips, cracks, or repairs. The cobalt decoration is dark. This is a nice cake crock. SALE PENDING
