Why should you buy antiques? 🤔

1) They hold history and tell stories of centuries before us. They have lived through generations and have so much character and life behind them.

2) They are totally eco-friendly. They have naturally been recycled and reused, time and time again. Most antiques have already lived a long life and you are extending that life by buying.

3) They’re always well made. I'm sure you've heard of the saying, "they don't make 'em like they used to". Hand made pieces always last longer and maintain their looks and charm longer.

4) They’re trend proof. Antiques don’t clash with new trends, but they represent trends of the past, and are hard to replicate. They add a unique quality to any space you're decorating, and will compliment any trend you throw with it.

5) They add contrast. With a large variety of colors, patterns, shapes, sizes, and textures; antiques are a great way to make a statement and add some much needed contrast to a space. They also help make a space look and feel more unique.

6) They retain or increase in value. It's the facts. The longer you hang on to those pieces you love, they get more and more valuable. Every single year that passes adds value as they age.

At the end of the day, of course it is up to the buyer whether they want antique or new products. However, we strongly recommend buying antiques for the reasons listed above! What's your opinion? Let us know in the comments below!! ❤️
