We absolutely love mid century modern homes - the mid century design ethos of material honesty, structural expression, deference to landscape, and humility - this all resonates so much. This vintage of home can often present in pretty rough shape, coming on 75 years old. But the details are so smart, the construction so solid, that so much is worth understanding and rehabilitating. We have the good pleasure to be working in to a handful of mid century modern homes at the moment.
