First time around finishing reclaimed hardwood from Old World Timber. I have to say, I am really pleased with the end result. Lots of contrast with some parts being freshly sanded and others untouched.

#1 Common White Oak, Bona Natural sealer with 20% Nordic sealer added in. Bona Mega extra matte final coat. All done with Lagler Trio for extra smooth finishing.

Bona Naturale with Nordic mixed in previous coats to add a touch of white. The oak naturally wants to show yellow tones and this helps it go away. Beautiful look!

I got a call from a guy who was told by other floor sanders, refinishing this type of floor wasn’t possible. Immediately, I told him I had what it took to finish his floor back to better than new condition. Some people look at a floor and think it’s not what they usually do so they rather not mess with it. This is a unique floor that is really beautiful and one of a kind. If you have a floor that is multidirectional and needs refinishing, I have the tools and knowledge to make it as good as it can be. Photo is only of stained floor. No polyurethane.
