Communication - In the midst of a building or remodeling project, there is nothing more frustrating than to not be able to talk with your builder, or to not receive clear and understandable information when you do talk, or to feel like you really aren't being listened to. At Crawford Builders we have a communication problem - some of our clients have told us that we over communicate. That is a problem we are proud to have. Client Support - This one is a little difficult to describe, but you will feel it from our first conversation right through to the conclusion of the project. It involves things like helping you define and describe your vision for your new or remodeled home. It means using a system we have developed over the years to explain simply, but thoroughly, each phase of your building or remodeling project. It means providing you with ideas and options, and not just on the large elements of the project, but down to the fine details. In short, it involves our willingness to take the time on a one-to-one basis to be sure that you are fully a part of the process, comfortable throughout it and thrilled with the results. Honesty & Integrity - Suffice it to say that in our industry a business doesn't succeed for thirty eight years unless it lives and breathes honesty and integrity. We have and we do.
