This trunk went from worn and weathered to a true statement piece.

Every panel, hinge, and hasp brought back to life, that embossed texture and rich color speaks for itself.

Rust doesn't stand a chance in our shop.

This cast iron detail was buried under years of corrosion, the bird, the branch, the leaves, all of it softened and dulled by rust. It would've been easy to just clean the surface and call it done.

We don't work that way. Every curve of that wing, every vein in the leaves, we bring it all back, not just the piece as a whole.

That's the difference between a quick fix and a real restoration. The details are what make a piece worth saving, so the details are exactly where we focus.

Labor Day is for relaxing, not wrestling with sanders and stripped finishes.

This piece needed real work, hours of sanding, careful attention to every panel and detail. That's the kind of labor we don't mind putting in. So this weekend, kick back. Leave the labor to us.

The before looked almost like a shadow of a painting, dark, flat, most of the detail lost somewhere under decades of grime and aged varnish.

After cleaning and restoration, Henry Clay has stepped back into the light. You can see the blue in his eyes, the color in his coat, even the texture of that walking cane he's holding. Details that were there the whole time, just waiting to be uncovered.

This is what we love most about this work. Nothing was repainted or reinvented, we simply gave the original artist's work the chance to be seen again.

If you've got a piece you've been meaning to bring in, now's the time.

Restoration takes real time, cleaning, repairs, refinishing, drying time between coats. It's not something we rush, especially on pieces with detail worth doing right. Once the holiday season hits, our schedule fills up fast with people wanting pieces ready in time for hosting, gifting, or just having the house pulled together.

Bring it in now, and it'll be ready with plenty of time to spare. Wait until November, and you might be waiting until after the holidays instead.

Don't let your piece miss its moment. Let's get started.
