FROM DILAPIDATED TO SHOWROOM-WORTHY. ✨

This kitchen needed more than a facelift. It needed a complete reset.

We took this completely outdated, worn-out space all the way down to the studs and rebuilt it from the ground up—creating a kitchen that feels like it belongs in a showroom.

The renovation brought in:
• All brand new electrical & plumbing
• Brand new cabinetry
• Marble countertops
• A custom backsplash with Zellige-look tile
• Brass cabinet hardware
• New appliances
• A classic white, ceramic, farmhouse sink
• Statement designer lighting

Every finish was carefully selected to create a space that feels elevated, timeless, and anything but ordinary.

Before Hartman Homes & Interiors was a design-build company, a luxury staging company, or any version of what it is today, there were just the two of us, working completely different careers and taking on projects together on the side.

NATHAN HARTMAN
General Contractor + Co-Owner

Before he was building homes, Nathan spent 15 years in the automotive industry as a Master BMW Technician.

That career taught him what he still brings to every project today: an obsessive attention to detail, a love of problem-solving, and a pretty strong belief that if something can be built better, it should be.

MEGAN HARTMAN
Designer + Co-Owner

Before design became her full-time career, Megan spent a decade as a Registered Respiratory Therapist working in pediatrics.

A career centered around people, precision, and staying calm when things don’t go according to plan turned out to be pretty good preparation for running a design business.

Somewhere along the way, the projects we were taking on started getting bigger. Then they got more ambitious. And eventually, what started as something we were doing alongside our careers became the business we couldn’t stop building.

Today, that business has grown into three sides of the same vision: building homes, designing interiors, and transforming homes for the market through luxury staging.

Because to us, they’re not really three separate things.

They’re all about understanding a space, seeing its potential, and knowing how to bring that potential to life.

Sometimes that means building it from the ground up. Sometimes it means completely reimagining what’s already there. And sometimes it means showing a home in its very best light so the right buyer can see themselves living there.

That’s the work we love—and it’s the reason we built Hartman Homes & Interiors into what it is today.

There’s no way you’ll believe this bathroom started as ATTIC SPACE. 😳

When we got our hands on it, this space was basically unusable—with some questionable homemade plumbing happening somewhere along the way. 😂

Fast forward… and it’s now a spa-worthy primary bathroom that feels like it was always meant to be here. ✨

We transformed the space with:
• A custom tile shower
• Refinished original hardwood floors
• A built-in makeup vanity
• Custom details throughout
• And a whole lot of thoughtful design
