Happy Haven Tip 💛🗝️✨

In my experience, anxiety shows up when I’m overthinking something I can’t immediately fix. My mind just keeps looping, trying to solve it, control it, anything to figure it out.

But if there’s nothing I can actually do about it in that moment…that’s when it helps to take any action I can.

• Going for a walk
• Doing a quick workout
• Working on a craft for a bit

It gives my mind a break from the spiral but it also helps me feel like I’m moving, processing, doing something, even if it’s not directly solving the problem.

And sometimes, that’s exactly what your nervous system needs 🧠

No one really talks about this… but buying a home can feel overwhelming fast 😅

You start casually looking and then suddenly you’re hit with pre-approvals, interest rates, inspections, offers… and you’re like wait what does this mean, where do I even start??

That’s exactly why I broke it down in my Buyer Guide ✨

From little “Hurricane Hannah” to the woman I am today, I am just so grateful. Truly, I had no idea what my life would look like even just two years ago let alone 20.

But here I am, doing big things every day while honoring my own journey and needs, learning when to rest and when to show up fully. I know little Hannah would be so proud 🥹

It’s one thing to evolve your style and intentionally update your space. It’s another to keep adding pieces without a clear plan in place… no judgement, I’m just speaking from personal experience.

When everything is chosen without direction, your home can start to feel a little disconnected, even if you love each piece on its own. Starting with a thoughtful plan for your home’s design and decor helps everything flow together and saves you so much time (and money) in the long run.

If I had waited for the “perfect” moment to kickstart my new life, I’d still be waiting. Sometimes starting small and just taking the first step is all you really need to do. Six months from now, you’ll be glad you did instead of staying stuck in the waiting game.

At some point it stops being about wanting it and starts being about doing something about it.

So many people stay stuck in the scrolling phase of saving homes, obsessing about the “what ifs”, and just waiting for the “right time”.

This is your reminder that nothing changes until you start asking questions, making a plan, and truly “show up” for yourself and your dreams. You don’t need everything figured out to get started, but most people are a lot closer than they think.

2026 can be the year things change for you in the best way.
