We will be set up today, Friday at the South Fork Artisan Market . Here is the parking and vendor layout
If you haven’t set up at the market before, or don’t know how the Fall Festival will effect your setting up, here’s a map of how things will work!
Vendors are set up along the fence line in the grass in front of the store! There are blue marker flags on the fence to designate booth spaces. Set up between any two blue flags you’d like (first come, first served). If you have a food truck, please locate the areas marked specifically for you and park there instead!
You can have your car in front of your space only while unloading/setting up. Once you are finished, you will need to move your vehicle to the vendor parking area shown on the map. It it located on the right hand side of the store, near the horse barn.
The Fall Festival will be set up directly across the parking lot from the vendor spaces, and will only run from 11am to 2pm. Vendors can stay for longer if they like (up until 7pm).
Booth fees ($5) are to be paid inside the store, before setting up!
We recommend that vendors set up at least 1hr before the event starts so that they are ready for the festival, and so that their vehicles are out of the way of festival parking.
