A little over a month ago I put out there that I was going to be in ReFest at the Rebuilding Exchange in Chicago this Saturday. Unfortunately, last week on the 4 of July I got into a fight with my Biscuit Joiner and sadly lost 😞. This is/was my first serious woodworking injury in over 15+ years of woodworking and for that I am very very grateful. Thankfully, I still have all my fingers (although my thumb and pointer finger on my left hand are damaged, the doctor says all should be fine in a couple of months and it could’ve been way worse). So thank you if you were coming out to see me, but due to this injury I will not be there. A special shout out goes out to my loving wife Denise for taking me to the ER and taking good care of me as I recover.

Another item from my garage. It came out better than expected. It’s a bourbon barrel wine cabinet. A vessel to hold 8 bottles of wine and 8 glasses.
