🧐Here are just a few of the hidden costs that come with a cheap mattress:

💰Downgraded material breaks down quickly, causing you to repurchase more often

😠Lower coil counts cause your mattress to sag leading to chronic back pain

🫩Loss of sleep leads to a lack of productivity in your daily life

😷Body pains make it hard to get into a restorative REM sleep leading to illness and injury

Buying a new mattress is the perfect time to take a look at your entire sleep setup!

But if your pillow is flattened, lumpy, worn out, or just doesn’t feel right with your new mattress, it might be time for an upgrade. 👀

From low- and high-profile pillows to memory foam, latex, cooling gel, TEMPUR-PEDIC® and contoured options, finding the right pillow can help complete your sleep setup.

🫩If you answered no to either of those questions, you may need a new mattress! With the right mattress you feel like you are floating on a cloud. When you lay down, you don’t shift and squirm to find the right “spot”.

🛏️Don’t settle for mostly comfortable. You will spend a third of your life on your mattress. The quality of that time will affect every other aspect of your life.

🫵If you are ready to finally be comfortable ALL night long, come see us. We don’t just sell you a bed, we match you to the sleep system that YOU need.

☀️Would you like to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day? When you are not experiencing all four stages of sleep, that becomes almost impossible!

💤Most people experience the first 2 stages, but will often fail at reaching the last 2. When you miss out on Deep sleep and REM sleep it affects every part of your daily life!

Maybe you feel overwhelmed, or that life’s problems just keep piling on. Maybe you notice that you are getting ill more often, or take longer to recover than you used to.

🛏️Sleeping on a mattress that doesn’t support you, or that puts too much pressure on your body causes pain signals to drag you out of your sleep cycle.

👩‍💻Luckily, we have the tools, education and training to be able to identify what you personally need. Come by Lihue BedMart and receive a free diagnostic fitting today.

🌈We will help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Let’s get you sleeping the way you were meant to, and waking up with a new energy for life!

How you sleep matters 💤. There’s no single best mattress, but there is a best mattress for you!

🥨Side sleepers often benefit from shoulder and hip pressure point relief. Firmer is not always better for this style.

⭐Back Sleepers benefit from a mattress that focuses on support balanced with proper alignment.

🐱Stomach sleepers need something that will stop their midsection from bending, causing a loss of alignment.

🌀Combination sleepers need something that will keep up with all their movement.

🤓At BedMart, we are educated in how to determine what your unique needs would require. We combine education, diagnostic tools and scientific research in order to provide you with options that actually fit your needs.

Stop by Lihue BedMart and let us fit you with YOUR best mattress today!
