Before and After carpet/ pad removal. New install memory foam pad and gray carpet. Removed the waterfall install on the staircase and did a full bullnose instead. Looks a lot better

French Cap full wrap install done

Foundation problems were fixed, and then i got the call. After masking the area off, I did some concrete grinding. Then, I applied a self leveling compound and did a little more feathering to the edges. Next was to lay out some v***r barrier before the flooring. Removed all the old base, undercut all my trims and casings. Then, I proceeded with the installation of this beautiful coretec floor. After installation, I cut and installed all new base and caulk.

This was a constant problem.. water from the washing machine draining into the sink would often back up and flood. Did some cutting, fitting, gluing, and added a vent as there wasn't one before. Now, it may not be the prettiest, but it has its own drain and is now tied in to the plumbing rather than the sink w/p-trap. It has a vent now, so there is proper air flow .

A little before and after, on a budget fix, to a dark, gloomy stairwell.
Primed and painted in white, painted the base and shelves in a medium gray.
Don't hit your head area. I did in a glow in the dark paint then wrapped red tape in caution/ danger stripped pattern. (Not pictured)
