There are not too many things in life that can replace experience.

Our client in Sun City Lincoln Hills was ready for a complete flooring makeover, and what a transformation it is!

New water resistant laminate, luxury vinyl tile, and plush carpet.

Nothing like walking through your door into your “new” home, instant update.

Our clients in Granite Bay had 3/4” solid red oak strip flooring stained a very outdated “orange” hue that was fairly common decades ago, but definitely did not compliment their dark brown toned cabinets or furniture.

Huge benefit of real wood is that we can sand it down to bare wood and apply a similar toned and lighter color stain that is not only complimentary, it also achieves the proper contrast.

Additionally, modern finishes have advanced to the point where they are virtually bulletproof. And with a matte finish replacing the traditional higher gloss version, our clients can now enjoy the natural wood grain without the glare.

Our craftsmen were also able to eliminate the waves that a previous contractor had created with a substandard sanding, so our homeowners now have a perfectly flat floor.

When experience and quality matters, trust Placer Counties finest, Nielson Fine Floors.

Our little guy celebrated his first birthday today and wants new carpet 😂

He’s got great taste and found the Fabrica display right away.

Only problem is the abundance of styles, textures, and colors, he might be there a while!

All of our carpet and hard surface flooring is now marked down during our Fall Sales event, come on in and get overwhelmed yourself.

This is how you make your modest home magical.

Out with the tiny tiled entry and kitchen, and worn out builder grade carpeting.

In with modern moisture and scratch resistant laminate.

At 12mm thick, this durable wide plank has an incredibly realistic visual and feels like you’re walking on solid wood.

Contact one of our local experts today and we can help you find the perfect choice for your individual interior and lifestyle.

Alec and I were talking the other day about how often we get calls or visits to the showroom from our neighbors covering various topics regarding their flooring.

Besides a lot of misinformation online, we have found a lot of other dealers in the area have either not educated their sales people properly, or they have no desire to educate their clients through transparency.

Maintenance and proper floor care are just a couple of the topics we help answer and we are proud to be the go to for all things flooring in Placer County.

A friend in need is our friend, indeed. Call us today and find out what a friendly and informed voice on the other end sounds like, peace of mind.

Off with the outdated orange stain on this oak flooring.

This beautiful estate in Granite Bay is getting an update with a lighter, more naturally neutral color that will complement the dark rich cabinetry with a balancing contrast.

No need to replace real hardwood flooring when we can sand, stain, and finish these classic wood floors with a contemporary transformation.

After we move the furniture, prep the surfaces, and lay down the artwork, it’s time for the reveal.

And we promise, that feeling of walking into your “new” home is priceless.
