Angie decided it was time to stop waiting and start creating, something she has done all her life... "When it fit into her busy schedule". Growing up she spent her summers learning to sew with her maternal grandmother and recently learned to knit in honor of her paternal grandmother's legacy. She obtained her college degree in Home Economics Education and taught for several years. After the classr

oom, others sought her out to help with their projects, once a teacher always a teacher. Knit-Paper-Scissors is a dream realized, helping others explore and develop their creative side in the community classroom setting. The studio is a place to take classes, learn basic and advanced skills and connect with other likeminded creative souls. Knit-Paper-Scissors carries fabulous specially yarns and knitting supplies for you to purchase. Join our group classes or one-to-one personal instruction, schedule a special events with your friends or connect at Sit-Knit-Crochet 3-5 pm each Thursday. It’s National Granny Square Day—and we’re celebrating at KPS today from 10 AM–2 PM!

Come spend part of your Saturday with us and join in the granny square fun:

• Check out our display of crochet creations and guess how many granny squares you can find
• How to Crochet a Granny Square Class at 10 AM
• Granny Square Earrings Pop-Up Workshop at 1 PM
• Wear something crocheted, make a square, shop for yarn, take a class, or make a guess to earn raffle entries
• Help us create our Community Granny Blanket—we’ll provide the yarn, you make a granny square, and we’ll stitch them all together!

Whether you crochet every day or have always wanted to learn, today is the perfect day to celebrate the little square that can become just about anything.
