Finished rug for sale: 27x32 in perfect, unused condition only $395 plus tax and shipping. I always think of him as a Percheron draft horse. The hit and miss border adds a bit of whimsey while keeping the primitive flavor of this rug. Call me, Janice Lee at The Rug Hooking Store to add him to your collection. 402-547-7358 or [email protected]

Here is a custom rug I did for a lovely customer who wanted a garden angel. I call this COME TO MY GARDEN, a favorite song from the musical Secret Garden. I love her beehive hair-do and the lavender caterpillar. Every garden needs one! This pattern on linen (18x28) is $95. If you would like the wool and pattern kit it is $295. Order yours today and hook your own garden angel. JANICE LEE The Rug Hooking Store Lincoln NE 402-547-7358 [email protected]

My latest project, a colorful girl indeed! Pattern is by S. Long, although I made a couple changes. It was fun working with the jewel tones that are not in my usual color palette. It’s good to get out of our ‘box’ once in a while! Janice Lee The Rug Hooking Store Lincoln NE

It is a Nana’s great honor when her college bound grandson elects to take his baby rug with him to college. He is holding his 18 yr old rug and standing on one I gifted him of my old horse Blackie. He is decorating his dorm with them. Proud Nana here. I love you and know you will do well Smith the Boy.

Here are my three projects from our July and August Diane Stoffel classes. The little girl on the horse is my granddaughter Landry, deep in discussion with her dad, my son Will. I think I will call it ‘Daddy’s Girl’. The boy in the red shirt is Will’s 3 year old Tehl, I think that looks like ‘Donkey Training’. Little Treg, only 18 months is in the third rug. This looks like ‘Donkey Love’. I am waiting for a good new pic of his fourth, Clancy, then I have a full set! Janice Lee The Rug Hooking Store Lincoln NE
