A facility built to keep Omaha moving. Davis Design provided architectural and structural design for Metropolitan Utilities District's new 135,000-square-foot operations center. The center features maintenance shops, fleet storage, warehousing, training areas, and employee support spaces all on one efficient campus.

"Recognized for Design Excellence"

We're proud to announce that our Southeast Community College Welding Center project has been selected for publication in Endeavor Business Media’s American School & University 2026 Educational Interiors Showcase, where the project received a Special Citation.

This state-of-the-art educational facility was designed to support workforce training, hands-on learning, and student success. Seeing the project recognized in a respected industry publication is an honor and a testament to the impact thoughtful design can have on education.

The Corporate Games action continues for Davis Design! 💪

Our team kicked things off with an in-house co****le tournament before taking four teams to compete. While we didn't place, we had a great time enjoying some friendly competition and team camaraderie.

The highlight of the week came on the sand volleyball court, where our team battled through high winds, rain, and sunshine to capture 2nd Place and silver medals! 🥈

We wrapped things up with kickball, where the Nebraska heat tested our endurance but gave us another opportunity to connect, compete, and have fun together. We're proud of everyone who participated and represented Davis Design so well!
