I don’t claim to be a baker, but one thing I've learned at my summer pop-up; Is when you make healthier options available, people are curious enough to try them. This is truly inspiring.

My Chocolate Beet Cake is a perfect example. I love watching someone try something they’ve never had before -whether they end up loving it or not. What excites me most is simply seeing people be open to trying something different.

Sometimes trying something new opens your world to people, places, and possibilities you might not have considered before.💗💗💗
