Deedee's Lights is proud to be a sponsor of the annual Sisters for a Cure Concert! 🩷

The Signature Sister Candles are available in BOHEMIAN ROSE and SOLAR SANDS. They sell for $15 each and $5 from every candle sold will be included in the funds raised by the concert, and donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. We will make our total donation on October 31st!

The 3rd annual Sisters Concert for a Cure is on October 10, 2026 at the Stone Pony at 1:00pm. Curated and presented by Kachmar Productions, the show features three house bands consisting of amazing local female performers! Come out for a day of fantastic music while supporting a very important cause!

All proceeds from the event are donated to the Susan G Komen Foundation. the 2024 and 2025 Sisters Concerts raised $30,000 and we are looking forward to exceeding that amount this year!

In 2025 Susan G. Komen presented the sisters concert the DIY event of the Year award!

This is personal for me because when I had a need Susan G. Komen supported me and so I am honored to have the opportunity to give back. 🩷

I'm reaching out to ask for your support for a local Neptune teenager (our friend's son, Scottie) who is currently battling a rare form of blood cancer.

On August 25th, there's a Benefit Concert Fundraiser: "Band Together" to help ease the immense medical costs and financial burden on the family during this challenging time. (sold out, thank you!)

We are currently seeking donations to help build the gift basket auction. Contributions of any kind are deeply appreciated, including:

Complete gift baskets or themed items (e.g., local treats, wellness/pampering, beach gear, dining out) Gift cards, merchandise, etc.

Because this urgent effort was organized directly by friends and community members to get immediate relief to the family, we do not have formal 501(c)(3) non-profit status. However, 100% of all funds and proceeds raised go directly to the family. Medical documentation is readily available upon request for transparency.

To make this as easy as possible for you—our team is ready to pick up any donations as soon as you are ready.
