The client supplied a couple of quilts for her grandkids, with the Pokémon quilt being especially charming. The grandchild specifically asked that the Pokémon fabric be preserved in large panels, so a minimalist quilting approach was adopted to ensure the fabric remained the focal point. A client brought me a super snuggly, all flannel quilt to work on. The quilt's colors are truly lovely. This client has a distinct preference for having the quilting pattern visible on the quilt's reverse side. To fulfill this requirement, a vibrant orange thread was chosen, ultimately resulting in a beautifully finished quilt that will provide warmth and snuggliness to its recipient.
