Our Story

Crate Paper was founded in 2006 by Lisa and Steve Parkin in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lisa provided the love for design and pretty paper while Steve managed the business side of things. Then in 2011, Crate Paper was purchased by American Crafts, with Lisa remaining as Creative Director. In 2013, Maggie Holmes joined the Crate Paper team as a signature influencer and has provided the inspiration and expertise for her colorful and bright collections.

Since the beginning Crate Paper has strived to be on the edge of design by mixing modern elements with eclectic and retro influences. We are thrilled to have you join the Crate Paper family and can’t wait to see what you #createwithcrate
