I made these oatmeal cream pies for the Classic Farmstand in Linn on Friday and they sold out in no time! I’ll be making more to take out there on Tuesday. Stay tuned later in the week for when I will be taking orders for pickup/local delivery.

Courtney has a Maker’s Market at her office today and asked me a few weeks back if I could make some things. She and I both did a lot of baking the last couple of days. Pretty proud of her as we both work full-time jobs (plus have little ones) and had to get this in before and after work.  She just sent me these pictures and it makes my momma heart proud. ❤️ I hope they have an amazing turnout!

Here are some pictures of the items that are listed on the menu. I just changed up the way I am making bagels and my goodness! They are so huge, soft, and delicious!

For those wondering what discard means, it’s still sourdough. The baked goods just require a few more ingredients since the sourdough is not recently “fed.” They are still way healthier baked goods than what you can buy in the store and still have the benefits of helping with digestion. Also anytime I use honey for anything it is locally made so another great benefit.

I plan on making more jam sometime soon as well and I’m working on a sugar-free or low sugar birthday cake inclusion boule. Stay tuned!
