Accessorizing a room is everything! It’s your chance to tie the whole room together…..Adding pillows to your sofa can make all the difference! Don’t just accept the matching pillows that come with your sofa! Give your room a “Designer Look!”
Here’s some tips to help you……

The number of throw pillows on the couch will depend on its size. Take the sofa’s length and subtract it by one to get the number of pillows to put on it.
This formula is effective for visual appeal and functionality because you can ensure that there’s enough space to lounge on the couch. (Only use odd numbers. Remember that arranging items in odd numbers is viewed as more appealing than using even numbers.

Be sure to consider the style, size and colour of your sofa. You want your pillows to tastefully contrast with your sofa’s fabric, colour and style without competing with the cohesiveness of your living room’s aesthetic.
For example, decorative cushions should not be so large that they visually overwhelm the couch or make it impossible to use.

Patterns should not fight each other – nor should textures. However, all patterns, textures and tones should not be the same.
