Look at the transformation of this master bath! This home is a typical mid century ranch style home with a very small master bath, but not any more. We increased the footprint visually by removing the storage cabinet. Because the cabinet was deep and not easily accessible next to the toilet, they opted for removing it and making a large shower. The updated finishes we chose are a nod to the era that the house was built. I definitely enjoyed working with these clients on both of their bath remodels!

On the boards:
When this client came to me she had been working with a builder’s draftsman on the design of her new lake house. Although she was happy with the initial plan concepts provided by the draftsman, the design was lacking certain details that she wanted, particularly on the exterior. We tweaked the plan quite a bit and completely reworked the exterior to give her more of the look she was after. Can’t wait to see this Hot Springs house under construction! Builder Jarod Green.
