Frances Flower Shop & Flower Delivery Located in beautiful downtown Little Rock 2 blocks from the Arkansas State Capitol building. Proudly serving the Greater Little Rock area since 1950.

We are a small, local, family-owned florist. The business was started in 1952 by my dad Walter Rummel and his wife Frances. After Frances died, dad met Golda Mae Dinger...they got married, I arrived a bit later. Mom really enjoyed running the flower shop, so dad retired, built a greenhouse and grew mum pots for us to sale at the shop...worked out very nicely for many years. Mom and dad are both go
