Thanos met his match with Hell Hand grill gloves. In stock now at Ken Rash's. These things are ridiculously hardy, withstanding temperatures up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. You could touch a dragon with these things, though I wouldn't recommend it. Flexible enough to snap your fingers, with these on you can easily move or switch out even the hottest components during your cook without relying on another tool. Come check them out. As they say, they fit like a glove.
