We hope you came out Saturday for ARTStravaganza and our Artisan Market in the lot! Do we look 145? Do we feel 145? We're not answering either of those! 😜

It was a great party and we're glad it stayed dry for us last weekend ☔ but we're back to our regular INSIDE markets for a while (yay air conditioning 🆒) as the weather continues to heat up - so come check out the amazing artists we have lined up for you and continue to support local art!

29 years ago TODAY our doors opened for the first time as ART Outfitters. We had been known as Jungkind for 116 years before that.

Before the cameras, Jungkind was a drug store The oldest advertisement I have found is from 1884. It says "Dealer in Toilet Articles and Fancy Goods, Paints & Brushes of all Kinds."

100 of those years they also sold cameras. Later ads show photo processing, artists' supplies, weather instruments, greeting cards, philatelic supplies, picture framing, architect/engineers supplies, binoculars, etc.

We are blessed with good customers, good employees, and good friends. This place is important, and I'm pretty proud of that.
