🛣️🍭 ROUTE 66 JUST GOT A LITTLE SWEETER! 🍭🛣️

There are 2,448 miles of Route 66…

…but we’re pretty sure we’re the only stretch where you can drive past a T-Rex, giant Rubik’s Cube, Double Bell Lollipop signs and Bigfoot before taking the exit to CANDYLAND. 😂

Our Kids Route 66 at the Pink Elephant has officially been EXTENDED!

The little blacktop now winds from the Twistee Treat Diner patio onto our new patio in front of the Mother Road Fudge & Candy Store, Pink Elephant Antique Mall and Area 66 Haunted School.

And apparently we have a new traffic problem.

👣 BIGFOOT KEEPS WALKING ACROSS ROUTE 66.

Yep. That giant white mark in the road isn’t a pothole.

It’s a Bigfoot footprint. 😂

Frankly, if you’re driving Route 66 at the Pink Elephant and Bigfoot crosses the road in front of you, that’s between you, Bigfoot and your insurance company.

But keep cruising because there’s now a fork in the road…

🍭 TAKE THE CANDYLAND EXIT! 🍭

The blacktop turns into a colorful Candyland-style path that winds its way right to the Mother Road Fudge & Candy Store.

So now the kids have an important decision:

Continue down Route 66 toward Bigfoot, dinosaurs and aliens…

OR…

Turn toward fudge and candy.

Who are we kidding?

THE KIDS ARE TAKING THE CANDY EXIT. 😂🍬

Labor Day became a federal holiday in 1894, honoring the contributions and achievements of American workers. The first Labor Day celebrations featured parades, speeches, picnics and gatherings recognizing the important role working people play in building our communities and country.
