My very favorite Tupperware product for leftovers is the Vent 'N Serve Containers. They are so durable! They are not plastic, they are made out of the same material as F16 fighter jet windshields to make them bulletproof (which is what everything in my house needs to be made of, we are hard on everything!), also motorcycle helmets to protect your brain in a crash, and it is also what they use in the TupperWave Stack Cooking System! They can take what your microwave, freezer, refrigerator, and dishwasher can put out. It comes in lots of sizes for all of your leftovers. The 3 piece small set is perfect for the next day's meal - I split up what is left of dinner into these and my hubby and I take them for lunch at work and give the silicone valve a little tug to vent the seal (yes, you can leave on the seal and keep the microwave clean and steam your food, keeping it moist), pop them right in the microwave, then take off the seal and serve right from there. They have little feet to lift them off the table surface (preventing scorching) and the handles stay cool while the food inside gets hot! I also use the Medium 4 cup for steaming frozen veggies! (one 16 oz. bag fits perfectly - heat for 2 minutes, use the seal to easily drain the water and add with butter and salt, then pop back in for another minute or two until hot - perfect corn, carrots, peas, and even potatoes!).
