Lvp job installed and then customer decided to have lvp in the living room as well, instead of carpet. Took the extra time to tie the flooring into the existing floor which avoided needing transition strips.

I don’t have many call backs but here is a floor I installed a little over a year ago. It broke apart in multiple places on the side joints.

I took care of the customer, spent a day and a half pulling up and replacing boards. It’s not cool for the customer, not cool for me. But I’m always willing to make things right. I try my best and that’s all we can do.

Going forward I’ll be more selective on products. This is pro core from lowes, the only time and last time I’ve installed it. Overall a very weak locking system.
