Gnomenclature is at the 47th Annual Holiday Show of Hands at St John the Evangelist School in Carmichael on Locust Ave tonight feom 5-9 . Saturday 9-5 and Sundya 10-3. Find us in the Tralee Building.

Just 4 days until the 47th Annual Holiday Show of Hands event.
This year I will be offering a couple new creations. Stock is limited and no presales are being accepted.
Nutcrackers tange fron $45-$55 and grinches range from $50-$60.

Of course there will be lots of our original Christmas Gnome favorites.

Thursday, November 27th, Thanksgiving Day 7 days until the big show.

Good progress today. Finished up a nutcracker and then started on a special request from a good customer. Will finish up that order tomorrow along with some similar gnomes.

Wednesday, November 26. 8 days until the big show.
Not much progress today although I decided I needed to change plans and add some new stuff to my craft fair so I decided to make nutcracker gnomes . Here is how that went for the day.

Woke up late, dr appt in Grassvalley, 45 minute drive. Arrived on time though. Get on road to head home.

Stopped by old office to see workmates.

Need gas. Pull into Arco

Hungry, oh Scott would love a Jimboys taco
On the road. Get home, eat lunch and into the craft room.

Run out to watch the news as there was a horrific head-on collision of two semi’s that unfortunately took the lives of both drivers and it happened on the hwy I had just driven. My guardian angels where ar work. Back to craft room

Coffee is cold go make a fresh cup
Back to the craft room. pop out two more nutcrackers

Dr says I need to walk if I am sitting for extended periods. Take walk with dogs, six trips up and down the 200 foot driveway. Back to the craft room.

Coffee is cold. Heat it up, back to craft room
Pop out two more gnomes, another half way finished

Scott heated up the left over tacos, eat dinner, decide we want decaf eggnog lattes’ with a splash of rum.

Squirrel went to bed and so did I. There is always tomorrow.

tuesday November 25th
9 days until the big show

inventory efforts last night found a shortage on some key supplies
glue sticks, boot forms, and wood bases
quick run into town which means an hour round trip to travel and another to shop.
Back home, lunch done, Staff (hubby) busy prepping wine corks, dogs comfortable on thier craft room pillows
glue gun finally hot. its 2:00 pm. 4 hours behind. I really need a nap but coffee will have to do. 🤦🏼‍♀️

4 special orders to fill

but first a little house keeping, straightening up the craft room and taking imventory of supplies

Awesome day at the Foothill Lions Club Holiday Craft and Vendor show.
Thank you to my customers who took a gnome or two or three or two six home.

Just two weeks until Show of Hands 47th annual craft fair in Carmichael on Dec5-6 & 7.
The next two weeks are desicated to the craft room.

Gnomenclature Gnomes are at Foothill Lioms Club Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair until 3pm today in Loma Rica.
over 30 vendors including Jeannies Wiennies and Four Corners Coffee.

October officially welcomed the holiday craft season. There are craft fairs and holiday markets popping up everywhere.
This year support and buy local from mom&pops, hometown crafters, artisans, farmers, bakers and more.

Check your local Facebook community pages for events in your area.
In our area of Loma Rica/Brownsvalley there is so much happening nearly every weekend between now and early December.

Follow your favorite vendor(s) for a list of local events as well.

Second Chance Boho and Gnomenclature will be in Lincoln this weekend on McBean Park Dr for thier Holiday sidewalk Market from 10-3. Stop on by and check out all the vendors.
