Island Floor Covering and Carpet Cleaning has an open position for an experienced carpet cleaning technician.

We have served the South Bay for over 25 years and are looking for a well rounded, reliable employee for a full time position.

Requirements:
-Valid Driver's License & Print-Out of DMV Record
-Prior work experience as a lead carpet cleaning technician
-Good English speaking skills are a must
-Ability to operate and maintain the steam cleaning machine/engine
-Skills in customer service, basic math skills and must be available 6 days a week

Must be qualified in these services we offer:
Carpet, Upholstery, Tile Cleaning

Here's a handy tip: when removing wax from carpet simply take an iron set to a low/synthetic setting and put either a white cloth or a piece of brown paper and run the iron over it, being careful not to melt the fibers. Keep the iron moving constantly so as not to burn anything. That should make the wax adhere to the paper or cloth and take it out of your carpet.
